Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management: Process customer orders, enter system data, and monitor delivery deadlines.
• SAP System Work: The role will heavily involve working with SAP to process orders from sales to delivery.
• Customer Communication: Engage with customers to provide product information, availability, and delivery timelines.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support initiatives and ensure smooth operations.
• External Collaboration: Maintain positive relationships with customers and external partners.
• Inventory Management: Check inventory, reserve products, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Reporting: Prepare various reports for the management and sales teams.
• Compliance: Ensure business processes comply with company regulations.

Requirements: 

• Education: University degree in economics, management, business, or a similar field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Bulgarian and English.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-Oriented: Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward customer needs.
• Experience: Prior customer support or sales experience is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP (preferred but not mandatory) and MS Office.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach
