Key Responsibilities:

• Product Presentation & Promotion: Introduce and showcase latest products in retail stores, focusing on creating an engaging brand experience for customers.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities. 
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, sales staff, and key retail partners.
• Store Visits & Retail Monitoring: Regularly visit retail outlets within an assigned region, following a pre-set schedule.
• Sales Support & Advisory: Offer guidance and support to store teams on sales strategies, merchandising, and product positioning to enhance brand presence.
• First-Level Support: Serve as the first point of contact for store-related inquiries, product complaints, and requests for assistance.
• Training & Development: Deliver regular training sessions for store staff, covering product features, selling techniques, and brand storytelling.
• Event Participation & Product Launch Support

Requirements: 

• Education: University degree in economics or a similar field.
• Language Skills: Fluency in both Bulgarian and English.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-Oriented: Positive and enthusiastic attitude toward customer needs.
• Experience: Prior sales and retail experience is an advantage.
• Technical Skills: MS Office.
• Personal Qualities: Ability to multitask, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach. Self organization, time management.
• Willingness to travel within the country and work out of office.
• Driving license - frequent travelling is required.
