Your Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to expert for guiding clients from pre- to post-onboarding
• Ensure a smooth and stress-free integration of the digital platform
• Set up and customize the platform to meet the unique needs of each client
• Deliver engaging online customer training with occasional onsite sessions
• Provide valuable insights to ensure maximum product utilization
• Support new customers during those all-important early days
• Maintain detailed records of interactions, ensuring nothing gets lost in translation
• Collaborate with their Customer Success and Support teams for smooth handovers

Your qualifications & personality: 

• Hands-on experience in hotel operations or customer onboarding, ideally in SaaS companies
• Excellent communication skills and IT fluency
• Fluency in German & English
• Enthusiasm for exploring and connecting with top hotels across Europe
• Ability to work in a fast-paced tech company and ready to work both independently or as part of a team
• Skills in connecting with people of all personalities, always finding the right approach to make them feel supported and valued
• Good time management, prioritisation and organization skills
• Experience with meeting deadlines, goals and objectives (KPIs)
