Your Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the client education process, ensuring successful delivery before, during, and after training sessions
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong relationships with business partners
• Continuously improve training and onboarding processes to enhance service delivery
• Engage directly with hotel managers from the Adriatic’s most prestigious hotels
• Lead meetings with hotel managers to discuss operational improvements and client needs
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and engagement
• Identify new opportunities for sales and process upgrades to better serve clients
• Monitor and assess potential risks to customer satisfaction and proactively address issues
• Implement improvements and measures to ensure high client satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to drive success

Your qualifications & personality: 

• At least 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry (hotel management, reception management, sales management, operations management etc.)
• Strong communication skills in English and Croatian
• Sense for working with hotel managers to drive operational excellence
• Passion for technology and its application in the hospitality industry
• Advanced proficiency in both English and Croatian. Additional languages are a plus
• Strong passion for sales and business development
• Enthusiasm for occasional travel to explore and connect with top hotels across the Adriatic region
